Our company is a leading provider of trademark registration and protection services. We are seeking an experienced Trademark Sales Executive to lead our team and drive business growth through new sales and account management.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trademark Sales Executive to lead our sales team and sell our trademark registration and protection services to individuals, businesses, and law firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Trademark Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and grow business

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing client relationships

  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge

  • Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales deals

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including individuals, businesses, and law firms

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business growth

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in trademark law

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the intellectual property or legal industry

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as leading high-performing sales teams

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of trademark law and procedures
