We are looking for Incharge Deliveries for our DHA Branch. Interested candidates must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery riders, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery times.
  • Monitor rider performance and provide feedback and coaching for improvement
  • Schedule rider shifts and assign delivery routes efficiently.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes using routing software to minimize delays and fuel costs.
  • Track deliveries in real-time and address any delivery exceptions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption for riders commission.
  • Ensure rider compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and reinforce safe driving practices within the team.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company.
  • Work with customer service teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Manage delivery documentation, invoices, and receipts.
  • Any other Ad-hoc task as and when assigned.
