Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and experienced Telecom Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of Fiber Optic (FO) and 3G/4G telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with utility providers such as K-Electric (KE), and supporting invoicing and documentation processes. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily telecom site activities including FO cable laying, splicing, installation, and power system integration.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality execution of work.
  • Coordinate with utility providers (e.g., KE) for power connections, inspections, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, telecom standards, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Verify and support preparation of subcontractor invoices based on completed work and site documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, test results, and as-built documentation.
  • Report daily and weekly progress to the Site Manager or Project Engineer, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to maintain productivity and safety standards.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities for FO and 3G/4G systems.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of experience in telecom site supervision, especially in FO and 3G/4G deployments.
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors and handling site-level invoicing and documentation.
  • Familiarity with utility coordination, especially with KE or similar power distribution companies.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, fiber optics, RF systems, and power integration.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with telecom rollout projects for major operators or vendors.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and telecom safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.
  • Certifications in fiber optics, RF safety, or project supervision are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
