Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Lahore. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting. The role also involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost estimation, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in resource management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site role
  • Experience of 5 Years+ in the field of building works
  • Experience with working in consultancy firm will be preferred
  • DAE/BS - Civil Engineering, or a related field
