Delta Developers is looking for Procurement Officer/ Store In charge for its Construction Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings. Issue purchase orders and negotiate prices, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and anticipate procurement needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Resolve any issues related to procurement and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • know how of basic accounting and book keeping.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Purchase Officer or in procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
