Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team and play a dual role: bringing bold creative ideas to life while executing impactful marketing campaigns. You'll be at the intersection of brand strategy, visual storytelling, and digital marketing helping Upmotion presence, engage audiences, and stand out in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branding & Design
  • Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and brand assets for digital and print.
  • Design social media posts, pitch decks, landing pages, ads, and motion content.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and projects.
  • Marketing Execution
  • Plan, design, and manage social media campaigns for Upmotion and clients.
  • Collaborate with content creators to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Support paid media campaigns with ad creatives, copy suggestions, and testing.
  • Optimize designs for performance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Creative Strategy
  • Brainstorm campaign concepts and storytelling formats with the team.
  • Stay up to date with design and marketing trends to keep Upmotion ahead.
  • Assist in building brand style guides and marketing playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma/Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, marketing funnels, and ad formats.
  • A portfolio that shows a mix of branding, social content, and campaign creatives.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
