Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok ,LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc..

Create, curate, and edit compelling content text, images, video, reels, stories, carousels.

Monitor trends in books, pop culture, and digital marketing to keep content fresh.

Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries in a timely manner.

Collaborate with marketing, PR, and retail teams on campaigns, book launches, and promotions.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics reach, engagement, conversions.

Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and literary communities online.

Ensure brand voice and aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in managing social media for brands.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

Hands-on experience with content creation tools Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc..

Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English.

Knowledge of social media analytics Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc..

Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong visual sense.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Passion for books, reading, and literature is highly preferred.
