Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting international B2B clients in tech/SaaS and other industries.
  • Negotiate and close high‑value global contracts, working with US/UK/EU clients.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for international market expansion.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in international sales (BPO, client acquisition, outbound telesales) with measurable results.
  • Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level) — excellent spoken and written skills with a neutral accent.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas; strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
  • Available for on‑site night shift in Karachi (Mon–Sat, 6 PM–2 AM PKT).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is a plus.
