Shift: Night — 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Sat)

Key responsibilities

  • Build, run and optimize high-impact Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta campaigns to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.
  • Conduct deep keyword & audience research; create high-converting ad copy and test creatives.
  • Implement conversion tracking (GA4 + GTM), manage tracking issues, and build dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to meet CPC / CPA targets and campaign KPIs.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments; translate results into action.
  • Report performance weekly with actionable recommendations (CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS, LTV).
  • Collaborate with design and CRO teams to improve creative performance and landing page conversion.

Required skills & experience

  • 1–3 years hands-on PPC / paid media experience (Google Ads required; Meta Ads strongly preferred).
  • Strong command of GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio / Data Studio for reporting and attribution.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing toward ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CVR goals. (able to show case studies).
  • Comfortable with eCommerce feeds / Merchant Center and Performance Max (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Night-shift availability (6 PM–2 AM).
  • Excellent analytical mindset and communication skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento.
  • Experience implementing offline / server-side conversions and advanced attribution.
  • Google Ads certifications and campaign case studies / portfolio.
