Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: PECHS Block.3 , Karachi
Timings: 03:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Experience Required: 1 year (BPO & Software House preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for both BPO and Software House roles, a strong track record of closing positions on time, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, non-technical, and BPO roles.
- Use multiple hiring platforms and strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven recruitment experience in a BPO or Software House environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs65,000.00 per month
