Business Development Executive

CodeFulcrum is expanding its Sales Enablement Team. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join us and help with our B2B Lead Generation and prospecting efforts.
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Executive position will help us successfully grow our client base. Excellent communication capabilities are the key to make successful contributions towards our business goals.
We offer End-to-End software development services which include Custom Softwares Solutions, Data Analytics and Insights Platforms, SaaS Web Applications, Mobile Apps, and UI/UX Design.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and target ideal clients within the IT industry.
- Utilize platforms like Up-Work and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools) to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Craft compelling cold emails and outreach messages to generate leads and interest in CodeFulcrum's services.
- Assist with managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Participate in creating and maintaining marketing materials for online lead generation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and learn best practices for online sales and communication.
Qualification:
- Recent graduate ( 1 year and more) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient written and spoken English communication skills. (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the IT industry landscape.
- Prior internship or job experience (a plus).
- Familiarity with online platforms like Up-Work, LinkedIn Sales tools, and email marketing (a plus).
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
