Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, negotiation, and client communication.


• Develop pitchbooks and presentations for client meetings, providing strategic recommendations.


• Develop detailed financial models for the transactions and conduct valuations.


• Ensure compliance with Pakistan's regulatory requirements, including SECP and PSX regulations.


• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.


• Review and finalize financial analyses, valuation models, and transaction documents.


• Supervise Analysts and Associates in preparing transaction documentation and deliverables.


• Lead client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.


• Oversee multiple transaction workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution.


• Originate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching tailored solutions.


• Guide and mentor Associates and Analysts, fostering team growth and development.

Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CFA certification is an added advantage.


• Experience: 5-8 years in investment banking or related fields, with proven deal execution experience.

Skills:

o Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.

o Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

o Strategic thinking and business development capabilities.

o Strong willingness to use AI based tools.

o Thorough knowledge of Pakistan's regulatory framework and market dynamics.
