Manage and optimize Decotechs' TikTok Shop for the U.S. market

Create and optimize product listings (descriptions, pricing, keywords)

Develop campaigns & promotional strategies to boost traffic and sales

Collaborate with content creators and TikTok influencers

Monitor analytics, KPIs, and prepare performance reports

Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines

Oversee customer experience, reviews, and feedback

Research and apply U.S. market trends & seasonal strategies

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

1โ€“2 years of proven TikTok Shop management experience (U.S. market)

Strong knowledge of TikTok e-commerce ecosystem and ad platform

Hands-on success in driving sales growth & conversions

Familiarity with U.S. e-commerce trends and consumer behavior

Excellent communication, collaboration & project management skills
