Job Purpose

  • To perform end-to-end Project management, KPIs management, Reporting and analysis, Compliance, and Risk assessment for Engineering Central. He/she will raise flags as and when required and assist the line manager in meeting regional KPIs regarding Network availability and Network Quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of project i.e. to maintain, track and report overall project deliverables, milestones and KPIs.
  • KPIs monitoring and planning for the achievement at overall regional level.
  • Focusing on areas where assistance is needed/requested by sub-regions for compliance and meeting overall project/KPI targets and timelines.
  • Assessing and evaluating all ongoing as well as new engineering projects being planned and executed in the region/sub-regions for ensuring quality and compliance with overall regional and company targets.
  • Tracking, updating and database/dashboards management & reporting of all project related activities, highlighting bottlenecks and areas which need improvement.
  • Assisting line manager for identification and solving of problems, risk management, mitigation and contingency planning to meet overall company/region objectives.
  • Enhancement and improvement in inter/intra departmental and region/sub-region as well as cross vendor communication and coordination for successful execution and closure of the project.
  • Quality audits of the sites and ensuring quality delivery of the equipment. Overall OPEX/CAPEX monitoring and control.
  • Projects reporting & deep Analytics for timely execution, decision making, and highlighting related issues to management.
  • Responsible for presentations preparation and technical report writing

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • BE/BS Degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years
