
Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and Power BI analytics. The ideal candidate will support project governance, portfolio tracking, and performance management while also developing insightful dashboards and reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities - PMO Responsibilities
- Support the PMO in implementing governance frameworks, project standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate project portfolio reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization across the portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and reporting cadence.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Power BI & Reporting Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports.
- Automate recurring reports and create drill-down insights for project and portfolio performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with IT/Data teams to enhance data models, sources, and integration for reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a PMO, project management, or reporting/analytics role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Visualization best practices).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-PBA certification (preferred).
- Microsoft Power BI certification (preferred).
