Investigative Analyst is a vital team member, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and due diligence in our operations. Your role involves conducting detailed investigations, research, and analysis to safeguard our business practices and partnerships. Your work directly contributes to the strategic decision-making and reputation of CRI Group in the global market.

Essential Responsibilities:

1.

Specialized Research: Conduct comprehensive research using public and proprietary resources, delivering in-depth analyses to verify critical information to help and support informed decision-making processes.

2.

Global Due Diligence: Perform extensive due diligence investigations on corporations and individuals worldwide, utilising various databases, public records, and international networks to assess risks and legitimacy.

3.

Field Investigations: Execute discreet and open field investigations, ensuring accurate digital documentation and adherence to CRI Group's specific assignment protocols.

4.

Case Management Excellence: Manage 15 to 20 cases concurrently every month, navigating the complexities unique to each within the operational jurisdictions of CRI Group.

5.

Physical Verification: Perform site visits for address and operation verification as mandated, ensuring thorough and precise validations.

6.

Intelligence Analysis: Analyse commercial records and business intelligence to uncover shareholder identities and ultimate beneficiary ownership, providing essential insights for CRI Group's client requirements and operations.

7.

Legal History Scrutiny: Investigate litigation histories through courthouse searches, offering a comprehensive legal background of investigation subjects.

8.

Integrity Assessments: Conduct integrity and reputational checks, evaluating the credibility of individuals and entities associated with CRI Group's clients or per the scope of each assignment.

9.

Employment History Verification: Thoroughly verify subjects' employment history, project involvement, and professional relationships, ensuring complete and accurate profiles.

10.

Data Management and Analysis: Handle diverse data entry tasks related to fraud investigations, due diligence, and more, converting data into actionable intelligence.

11.

Expert Advisory Role: Offer professional advice and interpretations based on thorough analyses and reference materials, aiding CRI Group's strategic planning and execution.

12.

Database and Record Keeping: Maintain meticulously organised databases and records, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of critical investigative data.

13.

Tailored Open-Source Research: Perform client-specific open-source research for due diligence, prioritising data relevance, accuracy, and legal adherence.

14.

Detailed Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports aligned with client requirements, showcasing CRI Group's dedication to detail and thorough investigation.

15.

Pattern Recognition: Analyse data to identify patterns indicative of criminal activities or reputational risks, proactively contributing to risk mitigation.

16.

Case Organization and Management: Effectively organise vital information, recommend investigative directions, and manage cases within CRI Group's digital systems.

17.

Lead Compliance Investigations: Lead investigations into compliance across various sectors, vetting stakeholders such as employees, suppliers, and vendors against CRI Group's rigorous standards.

18.

Resource Management: Ensure adherence to timelines and budget limits, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills in alignment with CRI Group's objectives.
