Parker Russell Lahore Office is hiring Talented Accounts Payable Executive for its UAE based project who will handles the entire accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, making timely payments, and reconciling supplier and general ledger accounts. The role ensures all payments are accurate and compliant with company policies while maintaining good relationships with vendors and supporting smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate, on-time payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable records with supplier statements.
  • Prepare and maintain payment schedules and related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT/ Sales Tax regulations and company financial policies.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure accounts payable is accurate and done on time
  • Follow all financial rules and company policies
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and sub-ledgers correctly
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors

Communication

    Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Audit teams

    Vendors, Suppliers, Auditors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Certified Accounting Technician)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Petty Cash, and Card Expense management
  • Experience working effectively within a team

Skills:

  • Languages:
    English (spoken and written)
  • IT Skills:
    Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Administrative Skills:
    Strong communication, time management, and task prioritization
  • Knowledge of IFRS
