Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift – aligned with US & Canada time zones)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Executive with a strong background in telecom, fiber optic, or IT service sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting businesses in the US and Canadian markets into long-term clients for fiber optic internet and connectivity services.
You will work closely with the sales operations team, using a consultative and solution-oriented approach to address client needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms within assigned territories or postal codes.
- Understand business requirements and recommend fiber optic internet solutions tailored to client needs.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers in the US & Canada.
- Stay informed about the latest fiber optic services, pricing structures, and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotes, confirm installations, and manage post-sale follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs using CRM software.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall campaign success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT, or service-based sectors.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic internet services and business connectivity is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, confident, and comfortable handling a high volume of outreach.
- Familiarity with North American (US/Canadian) business culture is an asset.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Willing to work full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) from our Lahore office.
