We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage Data & AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with Agile methodologies, and expertise in tools like ADO Board, Trello and Jira. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, team coordination, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of Data & AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize ADO Board, Trello and Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Manage team capacity planning, ensuring optimal workload distribution and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove project blockers and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align on project goals.
  • Track project KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive adherence to Agile best practices and improve project delivery processes.
Requirement:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in Data & AI projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team management.
  • Expertise in ADO Board, Trello and Jira for project tracking and management.
  • Excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe Agile, etc.) are a plus.
