Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Ops/AWS Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support cloud deployments, implement best practices, and troubleshoot issues to enable seamless operation of our cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for reliability and efficiency

· Implement monitoring, automation, and scaling solutions

· Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy applications and machine learning models

· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues promptly

· Design backup and recovery solutions to ensure data safety

· Develop and enforce cloud governance policies, including security and compliance

· Keep up-to-date with the latest cloud technology trends and advancements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years experience in Cloud Operations/AWS Administration

· AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator (required)

· Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation

· Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD

· Solid understanding of network security principles and cloud security best practices

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Kubernetes or Docker

· Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

· Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack
