About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and lead business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and closing deals across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Bid and manage projects on platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and Bark.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients worldwide.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to improve performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager.
  • Proven experience with international freelancing/bidding platforms.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Familiarity with web development platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Core PHP, MERN Stack).
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, , n8n, and OpenAI.
  • Leadership ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
