To lead the development, management, and growth of PMEX's Financial Future Market segment by driving strategic initiatives, introducing innovative financial products, and fostering sustainable partnerships. The role is pivotal in positioning PMEX as a leading financial marketplace through diversification, innovation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for the Financial Future Market segment to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead product innovation, contract design, and enhancement of financial derivatives and instruments.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in financial markets, including futures, indices, and commodity-based products.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities for product approvals, compliance, and market development.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, financial institutions, and key market participants to expand market share.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Risk departments to ensure seamless implementation and performance of new products.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct research, and prepare financial and business forecasts.
  • Drive marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility and investor participation.
  • Represent PMEX at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums.
  • Ensure all business activities align with PMEX's vision, profitability targets, and governance frameworks.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Business Officer.

Education
: Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Special Education
:

  • Expertise in financial markets, derivatives, and futures trading.
  • In-depth knowledge of capital market regulations and product development.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.

Experience
: 5+ years of experience in financial markets or capital market operations, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in financial product development, market expansion, and regulatory coordination.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business growth under tight deadlines.
