We are looking for a Marketing Head to join a Canadian based Company.

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm

Location: PECHS, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and strengthen the firm's brand presence across digital and offline channels.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business development.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to create case studies, thought leadership content, and success stories.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Manage website content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Identify partnership and PR opportunities to enhance visibility in the consulting space.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure timely and quality execution of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within professional services or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing digital marketing and brand development.
  • Proven leadership and project management abilities.
