Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across functions, projects, and units.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits, highlighting control gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports with clear findings, risk implications, and actionable recommendations.
  • Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Assist management in developing and strengthening risk management frameworks.
  • Support the development of audit methodology, policies, and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Provide value-adding insights to enhance efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

Requirements:

  • CA Finalist / ACCA Qualified
  • 2–4 years of internal audit experience (for Assistant Manager); 5–7 years (for Manager).
  • Strong understanding of risk-based auditing, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations will be an advantage.
