Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Timelapse Services (Pvt) Ltd (TimeLapseME) is a leading provider of Visual Progress Monitoring and AI-powered construction analytics. We work with real estate developers, contractors, infrastructure teams, and industrial clients to deliver real-time site visibility using our Timelapse systems and ProgressCenter platform.
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support our growth and expand our client base across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new clients in construction, real estate, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and site visits.
- Present and demonstrate TimeLapseME solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain client relationships and support account management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding and project deployment.
- Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and weekly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (construction/tech industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Ability to meet targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Self-driven, confident, and comfortable with field visits.
