We're looking for HR Intern to join our growing team As an HR Intern, you'll support the HR department in day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment and learn the fundamentals of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, attendance logs, and HR databases.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with team members to fulfill administrative and operational HR needs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold HR policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for working with people.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience using Canva or similar tools
  • Understanding of social media hiring and employer branding.
  • knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
