Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closer, located in Islamabad. The Closer will be responsible for managing communications with potential clients, guiding them through the closing process, and ensuring efficient deal closure. Daily tasks include handling customer service inquiries, conducting escrow procedures, and ensuring all deal documents are correctly executed and processed. The Closer will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Closings, Deal Closure, and Escrow processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in the telemarketing or insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
