Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic professional to join our team as Assistant Director – Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organization's sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams across business divisions. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


•
Assist in formulating and executing sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.


• Lead and supervise regional or divisional sales teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.


• Analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.


• Collaborate with the Management to develop pricing strategies, sales plans and promotional initiatives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.


• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior management.


• Provide training, coaching and development to sales team members to ensure continuous improvement.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development and customer service to support sales objectives.


• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings as needed.


• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards and compliance requirements in all sales activities.

Requirement:


•
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (Master's preferred).


• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.


• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM tools and data analysis.


• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
