About the Role
Fexen Smrat Solution is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the technology sector . We are looking for an Experienced Business Developer who has hands-on expertise in generating leads and closing deals through Freelance Platforms. This role is crucial in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving the expansion of our IT solutions and services portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze the IT market to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for our IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the IT sector, focusing on achieving sales and growth targets.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions, emphasizing the value and ROI of our offerings.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (technical, marketing, and project management) to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep updated on the latest technology trends and industry advancements to identify innovative business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven Experience: At least 4-5 years in IT business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and an understanding of IT sales cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
