About the Role
Orcafy is hiring talented Video Editors to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling and has a strong command of editing techniques. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality videos for our clients across different industries. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver polished content under deadlines.
This is a fast-paced role that involves bulk editing work within each shift, requiring individuals who can work under pressure, manage multiple edits simultaneously, and meet strict timelines as per the agreed workflow system.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into compelling videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Perform color grading, transitions, pacing, sound design, and text/graphic overlays where needed.
- Collaborate with the production and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Handle multiple editing projects per shift and deliver on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Adapt efficiently to client and team feedback with quick turnaround.
- Work through a CRM-based task management system for project tracking, internal coordination, and communication to ensure smooth workflows.
Required Skills & Proficiency
- Strong command of CapCut Pro, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar video editing software.
- Good understanding of sound design, motion graphics, and color grading.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
