Position Overview

The
Technical Lead
will act as the primary liaison between our internal/client-side teams and our development team. This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and proven experience handling high-pressure projects and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between development teams and client/internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client-reported tasks and prioritize them for the development team.
  • Lead and coordinate technical discussions with third-party vendors.
  • Own integration implementations and maintain code quality, security, and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews for integration-related features.
  • Plan and implement system optimizations for performance, scalability, and stability.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle for integration projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader for the technical team, providing architectural guidance.
  • Take ownership of incident resolution during outages or performance issues.
  • Establish technical standards and process improvements for better productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience
    managing complex projects and high-profile clients.
  • Proven track record of working with
    international clients
    and managing cross-cultural communications.
  • Strong experience in
    solution architecture
    and
    system integration
    .
  • Expertise in handling third-party integrations and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
