We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (Upwork Focus) Join TechSolutions Pro where innovation drives everything we do. We're seeking a Business Development Specialist who can independently manage and grow our client acquisition — primarily through Upwork, and optionally LinkedIn. Location: Onsite – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities on Upwork. Craft winning proposals and maintain consistent client engagement. Manage and optimize TechSolutions Pro's Upwork profile, portfolio, and offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with our services. Track and analyze bidding performance to continuously improve conversion rates. Optionally contribute to lead generation and networking on LinkedIn. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation for IT or digital services. Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, proposal strategies, and client communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. A strategic mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.
