Qualifications & Skills

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure all products meet food safety and regulatory standards (PSQCA, FDA, ISO, Halal, etc.).
  • Monitor GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices throughout the production facility.
  • Establish and monitor quality control parameters for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • Supervise laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical).
  • Lead, train, and develop the QA team to maintain high performance and technical excellence.
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams for new product development and process optimization.
  • Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure raw material quality and compliance.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related discipline.

Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300, Rs350,000.00 per month
