Transportation & Logistics Division

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director

Fulcrum, on behalf of a reputable client, is seeking a dynamic Director – Road Transport & Pricing Operations to lead end-to-end road transport strategy, pricing governance, and operational excellence across domestic routes. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, profitability, compliance, and customer value.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Lead road transport strategy, fleet planning, and routing efficiency.

-Manage daily operations: dispatch, scheduling, maintenance, compliance.

-Develop pricing models and negotiate vendor/transport contracts.

-Ensure regulatory and safety compliance; implement driver training.

-Lead and mentor transport managers, planners, and field teams.

-Collaborate with clients to ensure SLA compliance and service excellence.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-Bachelor's/Master's degree (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).

-5+ years senior experience in transport/logistics operations.

-Strong pricing, costing, and route optimization expertise.

-Experience with ERP/TMS and fleet management software.
