Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze slot availability and market trends to determine optimal pricing
  • Manage pricing strategies across different services and trade lanes
  • Coordinate with the capacity planning, commercial, and sales teams to align pricing with utilization goals
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust slot rates to remain competitive
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting on slot performance and revenue
  • Work closely with operations and trade management to forecast demand and supply for slots

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in pricing within the shipping or freight forwarding industry
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, trade lanes, and shipping documentation
  • Proficiency in Excel; strong connection with Feeder operators
  • Good negotiation skills and maintain reporting sheets
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Understanding of vessel operations, trade routes, and slot utilization
