Freight & Vehicle Brokerage Manager

We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced logistics professional in Lahore, Pakistan, to manage our freight and vehicle brokerage business.

We will provide all U.S. licenses, operating authority, and tools; your role will be to run day-to-day brokerage operations from Pakistan.

What We're Looking For

We specifically want someone with experience in

1 - Freight forwarding companies (import/export logistics, Karachi shipments, dry ports).

2 - Car carrier / vehicle transport companies.

3 - U.S. trucking dispatch BPOs

If you already know how to

1 - Coordinate between shippers and carriers.

2 - Handle transport documentation (BOLs, dispatch sheets, customs papers, etc.).

3 - Negotiate rates, book loads, and manage transport without owning trucks.

Then you already have the exact skill set we need.

Responsibilities:

1- Act as the operations lead for freight & vehicle brokerage from Lahore.

2 - Coordinate shipments (domestic U.S. and import/export where required).

3 - Manage carrier and shipper relationships.

4 - Ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and communication.

5 - Use U.S.-based licenses, tools, and authority provided by us to run the business.

Requirements:

1 - Prior experience in logistics/freight forwarding/trucking dispatch.

2 - Strong understanding of transport coordination and carrier-shipper handling.

3 - Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
