Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Peshawar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach. Key duties include leading sales efforts, conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with company goals. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with skills in market research, lead generation, and opportunity identification.
  • Experience in sales planning, proposal creation, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or digital services company.
