AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Marketing Manager for its Head Office based in Karachi

Position: Marketing Manager

Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing)

Salary: Market competitive

Experience: Minimum 5years

Requirements:

* Must have experienced in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Campaign 360 degree

* Good expertise in Creative (Graphic designing, Videography, Photography)

* Sales Analysis

Job Duties:

· Lead and Manage Teams: Take charge of the digital, creative, brand, and data management teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives

· Sales and Footfall Analysis: Analyze sales data and footfall trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize sales and enhance customer engagement

· Pricing and Promotion Strategies: Utilize sales analysis, market research, and other relevant factors to develop pricing and promotion strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and finance to determine optimal pricing levels, discount structures, and promotional campaigns that drive sales and maximize profitability.

· Competitive Analysis: Monitor and track marketing campaigns and activities of local and international competitors. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

· Social Media Oversight: Oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engaging content, and effective targeting to reach the target audience

· Budgeting and Implementation: Develop yearly marketing budgets based on organizational goals and objectives. Implement marketing plans within the allocated budget, closely monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact

· Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate with the management, sharing marketing strategies, progress reports, results, key learnings, and relevant industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making

· Competitive Analysis: Monitor and track marketing campaigns and activities of local and international competitors. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

· Customer Journey Monitoring: Monitor the customer journey and experience, both in physical and digital channels, to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and opportunities for delivering excellent service

· Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including on-ground and digital platforms.
