Job Tittle: Partnership Manager Location: Lahore, Pakistan Job Type: Full -time Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and relationship -driven Partnership Manager to build and manage business partnerships that support the growth of our Accounting Services in the UAE/Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B partnerships, strong communication skills, and the ability to promote our accounting and financial solutions to external partners remotely. This role focuses on developing referral networks, building alliance partnerships, and generating revenue through partner -driven opportunities—primarily for the Dubai market, while working from Lahore. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate potential partners in the UAE, including SMEs, startups, consulting firms, HR companies, business advisors, and industry networks. • Develop strategic partnership plans, including referral programs, collaboration models, and online co -marketing initiatives. • Perform cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and UAE -based business platforms to approach potential partners. • Conduct virtual meetings with Dubai -based partners to present company accounting services (bookkeeping, payroll, VAT compliance, financial reporting, etc.). • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and long -term collaboration plans. • Coordinate with internal accounting and operations teams to support onboarding of partner -referred UAE clients. • Train partners remotely on service offerings, pricing, workflows, and onboarding processes. • Maintain an active pipeline of UAE partners and ensure continuous follow -ups for activation and conversion. • Track partnership performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics specifically for Dubai market clients. • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights for strategy improvement and business planning. • Represent the company in virtual UAE networking groups, online industry sessions, and business forums (since role is Lahore -based. Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales (experience in accounting/financial services preferred). • Strong understanding of B2B sales, partnership models, and UAE market outreach strategies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build strong and long -term relationships with UAE -based partners remotely. • Self -motivated, target -driven, and comfortable working independently. • Basic understanding of accounting processes such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and VAT/tax compliance. • Experience using CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
