Job Summary

The
Partnership Executive
will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the Company's strategic collaborations. This role focuses on onboarding new partners, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs. The individual will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing end-to-end partnership activities. Additionally, the Partnership Executive will leverage market insights and industry trends to enhance partner engagement, support innovation, and enable value-driven outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Expand the biller and partner network by onboarding revenue-generating institutions such as schools, clubs, and corporates.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify potential partners, industry gaps, and emerging fintech trends.
  • Lead and support negotiations with partners to finalize terms and agreements.
  • Draft, review, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to address contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with partners to maximize mutual value.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
  • Support joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and product collaborations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, revenue contributions, and pipeline progress through regular dashboards and reports.
  • Achieve quarterly targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships or business development, or relationship management within the fintech or banking sector
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, digital payments, and financial services ecosystem will be an added advantage.
