Banking Partnerships Manager
to join our team in Lahore.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, driving new business initiatives, and contributing to PalmPay's growth in the digital finance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Maintenance:
    Develop and manage partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and payment companies.
  • Partnership Negotiation & Execution:
    Lead negotiations, define cooperation terms, and oversee contract signing and execution.
  • Market Insight & Strategy:
    Analyze market trends to identify new partnership and business opportunities.
  • Institutional Liaison:
    Build and sustain long-term relationships with financial institutions, card schemes, and payment partners.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Understand PalmPay's products and services to effectively present business value during discussions.
  • Process Optimization:
    Streamline partnership processes to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Relationship Management:
    Ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction across all banking partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or partnerships within banking, fintech, or financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of payments, settlements, consumer finance, and fintech operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Existing network or relationships within banks or financial institutions is a plus.
