About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Senior Performance Marketer with a strong command of E-commerce marketing, especially for E-commerce brands in Pakistan. If you've successfully scaled online brands, managed high-performing ad campaigns, and thrive on analytics — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, create, and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and growth — constantly testing, learning, and improving.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests to refine ad copy, targeting, and landing page performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Expert-level skills in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Intermediate experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Proven track record of running and scaling E-commerce campaigns in Pakistan.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
