Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging and effective ad copy and visuals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on campaign performance
  • Ability to conduct A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in collaborating with content and creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
