About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated AI Developer Intern to join our team building next-generation POS, kiosk, and online ordering systems. You'll work on AI-driven features like marketing automation, customer insights, support analytics, and chatbot integrations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world applications of AI in the restaurant and retail industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and training AI/ML models for POS and restaurant tech workflows
  • Work with 
    NLP and computer vision
     models to parse menus, tickets, and support data
  • Support integration of AI chatbots (OpenAI, CrewAI, LangGraph, RAG pipelines) into POS dashboards
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured/unstructured data (Excel, Smartsheet, JSON, PDFs, Images)
  • Build simple dashboards and APIs to visualize model outputs
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test and improve features

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of 
    Python
     and libraries like 
    pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
  • Familiarity with LLMs
     (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.)
  • Exposure to 
    LangChain / CrewAI / LangGraph
     is a plus
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON handling
  • Interest in 
    data visualization
     (Streamlit, Plotly, or Power BI)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
