  • Manage the end-to-end import process for goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of products.
  • Work with customs brokers to facilitate the clearance of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Monitor shipments and track import timelines to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate transportation and storage, ensuring efficient and cost-effective import operations.
  • Utilize import management software and tools to maintain records of import activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Stay updated on changes in import regulations and tariffs, ensuring compliance with international trade laws.
  • Proactively resolve any issues related to shipping or customs, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth import processes.
  • Provide support in developing import strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the overall supply chain operations.
