Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all documentation related to import shipments, coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities, and ensuring smooth clearance and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all import documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
  • Ensure timely filing of Import Goods Declaration (GD) in WeBOC system
  • Liaise with customers regarding shipment updates and required documents
  • Handle IGM filing and ensure accuracy of cargo manifest
  • Maintain import files and records in compliance with company and legal requirements
  • Coordinate with finance and operations for billing and costing
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues in documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum Graduate with 3 to 5 years exp
  • Proficiency in, MS Office, and customs procedures
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of HS Codes, import duties, and SROs will be a plus

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
