experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist (Freelance / Remote)
to help us build and manage a talented team of editors, sales representatives, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and selection)
  • Hire video editors, sales reps, and other roles as needed
  • Develop and maintain a structured recruitment process
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and aligning them with company culture
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of proven experience
    in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience recruiting in the creative/digital industry is a plus
