About the Role:

This is a full-time onsite role for the Head of Warehouse Pick Pack Shipped located in Karachi. The HOD warehouse will manage day to day warehouse operations that includes the entire supply chain management and the pick pack shop processes. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards for customer service and satisfaction. Other responsibilities include digitalization, team building, leading and driving continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain and warehouse digitalization processes.

Strong skills in operations management and team leadership.

Excellent Customer service and data management mindset.

MBA/BBA in supply chain management/finance.

Relevant certifications or training in warehouse management is a plusExcellent communication skills and strategic approach.

Experience: Years of experience with at-least 2 years as GM/Head Of Department.
