Job description

We are looking for a motivated business development executive to drive growth in the staff augmentation/IT resource outsourcing domain. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective outreach and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and client relationships.
  • Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR & recruitment teams to align talent with client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or staffing (staff augmentation preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT outsourcing/staff augmentation.
  • Self-driven, target-orientated, and proficient in CRM/sales tools.
