Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Billing Specialist to manage the billing process, insurance claims, and patient payments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of dental billing and coding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit insurance claims

  • Post charges, payments, and adjustments accurately

  • Follow up on outstanding claims and payments

  • Manage patient billing and statements

  • Resolve billing issues and discrepancies

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and insurance requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of dental billing and coding (CDT, CDT-10, ICD-10)

  • Experience with practice management software and electronic medical records

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in dental billing (CPC, CPB, or CDT)

  • Experience in a dental office or medical billing setting

  • Familiarity with insurance eligibility and claims management

Working Timings:

05:00pm to 02:00am (Monday to Saturday)
